Ive been to Pit Stop Albany for a long time to get my car serviced. Ive moved out west so have come to Pit Stop Henderson. Just as good, honest, and great service and very informative. I dealt with Richard and he was awesome. Definitely recommended!
Was told by Drivesure that rear brake pad needed replacing and for this reason my car failed WoF. Took my car to these guys who assessed it and told me brake pads are fine. Honest mechanic.

Had some custom exhaust work done on my Lexus RCF and the results, as well as the new sound, is amazing. Rich was a pleasure to deal with from booking to collection. Chris is a master craftsman who I will gladly recommend to anyone needing exhaust work done. These gentlemen even asked for me to come down and verify where I wanted everything sitting before the final welding was done, attention to detail and customer service like that can be hard to find. Friendly, professional and definitely know what they are doing!

You know that feeling when something on your car is fixed? Feels like a new car. Best part is that It was really well priced. Unbeatable in my opinion. Fixed the same day. And the friendly staff found a slot for me at an earlier time than my booking. Fantastic communication and skill all round. I just found my 'go to' mechanic.
Just had my exhaust fixed by them today, service was great and the job was done okay despite a really tiny muffler been installed. But when it came to picking up the car, I got told I can't let you have the keys to even listen to it and sit in the car. Then were like aggressive and went outside to workshop to ask if one of workers can do it. The guy that went outside seemed embarrassed by it or he was just having a really bad day. I'm a honest fussy owner of a car that I've had for 14 years. I only want a good a job done. I won't pay then find I'm not happy with what was done. The guy made me feel like I bothered him, not like I was wanted as a customer. Surely you like a customer to be happy, I won't pay for any workmanship until I've inspected it and made sure any issues are addressed if required. When I phoned this morning to alsk about the weather due to flooding risk I got told in a aggressive rude tone we wouldn't be open otherwise. When you have a car that isn't replaceable and rare you just want the best for your car. Will not be going back
