“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. Thank you!”

“My first choice for shopping fruits and vegetables. Some fruits are not the freshest but okay if consumed within a couple of weeks. They used to have a very rude and dumb butcher a couple of years ago when I didn't want shop meat there, but now all are nice and friendly. Generally a nice place for produce and Asian foods.”

“Great variety of second hand goods. Like clothing, furniture, tools, books, toys, kitchen ware, linen, art, ornaments & lots of other goodies. All of which are in good condition. Very helpful staff. Lovely atmosphere.”

“This is my go to shopping place. The prices are awesome. Most Grocery items are cheaper than the supermarket. Seriously check this out you will be pleasantly surprised. Staff are great, parking is a breeze. Theres something for everyone no matter the age.”

“Staff members are friendly, courteous, very helpful and attentive. The shop is quite huge and stock plenty of appliances and other items that will tickle you fancy. The quality is not too bad, though prices are now getting much expensive that a few years ago. Some items are priced competitively while for some other items, the price is still too high for its quality. Have plenty of parking spaces at the front, and at the side of the shop.”

“Very ordinary experience nothing outstanding just a supermarket.. the staff are always polite, product range is limited obviously with the store footprint being significantly smaller than a normal supermarket. It’s more like a 4 square”

“One of the early Countdown stores, nicely situated in the Northcote shopping centre area. Parking are part of the shopping centre. Pricing are typical Countdown. Interior has been modernised and now it feel refreshing. Staff members are helpful, and variety are quite good.”

“I recently visited to buy a car seat for our 2-year-old. Jade was excellent in helping us choose the right one and showed us in detail how to install it. I returned to buy another, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. However, Jade provided exceptional service by taking my contact details and promising to call me as soon as the stock arrived, which she did. She even honored the old price. Amazing customer service!”

“This is the first time we went to this supermarket, reasonably stocked up. It’s clean and tidy in the hot food section, We found some boiled eggs, which was a first to see in any supermarket. We didn’t find a couple of our usual things like some lean cuts of lamb. Layout is similar to any other pak n save. There is plenty of parking. I couldn’t find any undercover parking. The staff is very helpful and courteous the first thing in the morning, and it wasn’t very busy.”

“Always had a good time placing an order with Supie. Use it infrequently, as still have to shop around here and there locally to get other staples I need. Their product is great, website is easy to use. What I don't get is the 1star reviews on here, from a bunch of accounts that have never bothered to leave reviews anywhere else. Not going to say outright this is the big supermarket chains having a go at the startup competition, but seriously do think for yourself about what is best for you and your family, and have a trial before believing any 1star review on here.”

“The vegetables and fruits are nice and fresh. Seafood heaps kind of fish. Very affordable. A wide range of authentic Asian groceries and food products. Very busy place. Nice fresh meat.”
