   I haven't got sensitive skin but since using eco store hand soap my hands have turned flaky and knuckles have split and opened. Gave it a try with 4 bottles of hand soap and same reaction every time, no issue using any other handwash (with or without harsh chemicals). Washing hands with Janola would be less abrasive. Maybe good for the environment, terrible for human use.

   We usually shop online and value your bundle savings. Today, we shopped in-store and were disappointed to find that the advertised bundle deals don't apply in person. Your website didn't mention that savings are only online. Please clarify this policy and consider honouring the online promotion in-store or making it more straightforward online to avoid surprises.

   Ecostore's online service is dreadful. Goods arrived with parts missing, followed by 18 days of waiting, emails, phone calls, goods sent to wrong address, etc, etc. Suggest you avoid buying online from this company.

   I visited the Freeman’s Bay store on Dec 3 to pick up a baby gift box set, I entered in knowing what I wanted. Unfortunately I wasn’t served warmly. It was a very cold transaction to be frank, at first I thought perhaps it was because it was within the last hour of closing or gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were simply having a bad day, which is fine, but while I was in the store a customer returned to collect her refills and they seemed to have received a friendly and thorough service. At the counter I had inquired if my purchase was included in a sale with a sign nearby the product (as pictured), met with a dull response I was too shy to inquire about another promotion that was signed around the store. I love EcoStore products and will continue to buy their baby sets for expecting friends and the sensitive range for my skin health. However, this encounter was unfortunate and has tarnished the in-store experience personally.

   I brought Ecostore Dishwasher powder.....it was nigh impossible to get the safety cap off. Not sure that I will buy again.

   I love the refill stations throughout the country but currently almost every refill product is out of stock. I've been told that there is just about no stock for supermarkets to purchase from ecostore for the refill station. Farros has been out of stock for more than two weeks. Quite unfortunate that customers can only buy online and not in-store at supermarkets.

   UPDATE. When the baby product finally arrived,I was thrilled with their product. Beautifully packaged in a wooden box. I would buy again but would allow more time for the delivery to arrive. I placed an order for a gift 5 days ago. I phoned yesterday and asked am I going to receive a tracking order to be told yes I should have a tracking number. I was shocked to be told my order has not been despatched. The products are supplied from Auckland NZ so why the wait?

   Love Ecostore products but they are expensive and it annoys me I can buy them for cheaper when in Australia. Their handwash is the only handwash I don't get a rash from and I have now been using this and all their products for several years. We use the Wool and Delicates wash liquid, the washing machine powder, the hand wash, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing powder and can recommend :)
