Lisa & her staff are absolutely amazing! The shop layout is great & the overall vibe is fabulous, Lisa has worked super hard & is incredibly creative with her window displays my dog & I are always welcomed when we pop in.

I've never been so blessed, Lisa was such a breath of fresh air! Such a unique store, tasteful music, set out so perfectly that you can actually see what is for sale! As an alternative person it's important to me I don't feel judged. After a day of travelling the north shore opshopping this was the only shop that made me feel comfortable and provided a homely element! such a lovely store, with amazing staff. The care and support I received here, even just the chats we had were a blessing. Out of all the opshops in browns bay this is very well priced and the staff care

Will find some reasonably priced items but a lot of expensive items too as if it is a warehouse not an op shop. Friendly staff.

I understand that being told things that hurt the shop can hurt you. But you have no right to yell at a minor for being upset about the prices of worn down items. Why decide that it's ok to yell at a minor? I understand you try to do your best with selling items to get more fundraisers but prices like these do not deserve it. You should know that a charity shop is for those who can't afford many things. Not to keep up with the times and be rich and expensive. Your shop has declined in numbers of buyers and you cannot accept that.

This shop use to be great, good items for cheap, gone downhill in the last couple years prices are insane. Understandable that it’s for the animals in the SPCA but I’d spend a lot more money in store on lots of good finds but now it’s full of warehouse brands for higher than retail, fake brands, damaged goods. Charity stores like the Red Cross, hospice and St. John’s go to a great cause and they don’t come up with excuses to bump the prices up. It’s not worth the walk down from the other stores. Don’t bother

I’ve gone to this shop for years now but have noticed the last couple times that prices are extremely high for worn items. I did see the other reviews saying the same things and the replies. I understand that your objective is to raise money for animals which is great however please keep in mind these clothes are worn and used. Some of the pricing actually caught me off guard so I think your best bet is to take these reviews into consideration, realise that, while the items are branded, they’re not brand new and are worn by others, therefore your pricing should be cut down drastically. In fact you’ll make more revenue if you place these items at a decent price because they will sell faster and more frequently and so will the other things.

Not a bad store, Occasionally can find well priced items like $8 Shirts or $15-20 Jackets but majority of the time items are overpriced, $69 for a Jacket and $80 for a pair of worn shoes is too much for an opshop. I understand its to raise money for charity but these items don’t sell and prices don’t change so hopefully can look forward to reasonable prices in the future.

Prices are crazy $50 for a nice cardigan. Those of us shopping at second hand shops generally need cheap clothes, I get that it's a charity but show charity to the working class too.

Lovely shop, nice and tidy with a good selection, fantastic that the money spent goes towards helping the animals. Only downside to my visit on Tuesday was the unpleasant way one of the staff spoke to me when I asked if they would take some donations, she was unnecessarily rude, out of the 3 staff there only 1 lady was friendly.

Good selection of clothing & brick a brac items. On leaving the store the shop assistant yelled abrubtly at my nephew for picking up a child's pillow throwing it from waist to head height & catching it- yet we'd been in the store for over 25 minutes browsing & purchased items over $20 - we certainly won't return to this store.
