Good place for Indian groceries and other daily needs. Parking however can be tricky due to busy times.
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this supermarket. I was charged double for the same product, and when I returned to resolve the issue, the lady at the counter was rude. She was unhelpful and unwilling to assist in fixing the problem. I expected much better service and support, but instead, I was met with poor attitude and poor customer service. Please uplift your skills and provide best customer service.
They charged me double for the same product. This is not good for customers. They should train their staff to be precise and avoid double charging at the checkout counter. Not going back. Very disappointed as this is gapped twice. They don't listen to customers.
Absolutely poor customer service. I was waiting in line with 2 people ahead with full trolleys where I had a few items. The other counter was servicing 1 man with a few items so I moved to the other counter. The check out operator told me the counter was closed so I moved back to the original line I was in and the I look over and the other counter was open and servicing the man who was behind me. They clearly saw what happened and didn’t apologise until I asked about the customer service. Then I was charged for an item, which I very clearly told the check out operator that it wasn’t mine. DH Papakura you need to upskill your staff with better customer service skills
