“Great lookout with easy access and gorgeous views over Kapiti Coast and Kapiti Island. The forest loop track has lots of info boards which help to keep kids entertained while discovering the forest birds and insects. Upd. What I really like about this reserve is that every path is so different. There are heaps of hidden gems like giant totara or kid-size bench, weta boxes in the bush and cool look-outs. Hit the track and enjoy!”
“This is a fantastic experience we went for an end of year Christmas event, it’s been a tough year so we wanted to do something a little bit different and it was. There is something for everyone and we escaped the serial killer finally”
“Easy walk to a nice dam - kid friendly. Mountain buggy ok. New bridge open now.”
“Logan was very good at leading the tour and the whole thing was just very impressive and made me really proud to be a kiwi. We really have some amazing people in this little country or ours”
“We have visited Truby Park in 2020, it was a wonderful experience. Loved the history, nature , fresh air. Beautiful flowers, good place to have a walk and chat and enjoy nature and history. This is also a good place for a picnic. Kids can play and have fun. Parking was easy to find.”

“amazing spot, it is the entrance to red rocks, a great spot for various trails, hikes which you can walk, jog, run. highly recommend if you are wanting a good nature spot in Wellington.”
“Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The rooms are extremely comfortable in the pool. Deck is very modern and beautiful. We had to catch a late flight and they were super accommodating and allowed us to stay at the hotel until 2:00 p.m. for no extra charge.”
“A typically wet and cool day, the gardens are a stop I'll be back for. The museum and food well worth the stop. Keep an eye out for pickpockets, nearly broke the toes of a dude trying to steal my gopro. They operate in pairs/groups. Only place in my entire trip I ran into this.”
“A nice walk down from mount Crawford and the memorial has a very transcending vibe to it. Was with my partner and we enjoyed the breathtaking views from both sides of the memorial and just laid down on the grass and took it all in”
“Great prices for good organic fair trade coffee! Nice personal and great little container coffee shop. Can recommend!”
“Absolutely fantastic experience. The feeling of freedom when you liftoff is exhilarating .”
“Me and my family had an excellent time on the Tussock Ridge Farm tour, Ward was a fantastic guide being both jovial, positive armed with a wealth of knowledge in the farm and interesting facts about the wind turbines how they were installed and operate. My kids had a fabulous time with his friendly dogs, got up close with a wind turbine, we got to feed the wild horses his farm adopted, visited the cheerful cabin with a one of a kind view with treats to the best blueberry muffins baked by his wife. My kids even got the butted by Bumpy the sheep which was hilarious. And as a finale fed the wild eels for the first time and learned many interesting facts about them It was also really insightful discussing with Ward on the challenges faced by the farming industry in NZ, political landscapes and how the farmers work together to overcome them. Heartfelt thanks to Ward for the fantastic tour of his farm and cabin, the size and scale of his farm really takes ones breath away. Truly a one of a kind tour, Highly recommended!”
“Thank you Jonno and Hamish for a wonderful experience, definitely won't be the last.”
“Louise and her team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too hard and she was on top of everything, kids had an amazing time, such a fantastic space for them and when they sat down to eat she sent all the adults outside and she looked after them so we could sit and eat too, worth every penny! Biggest complaint is the kids didn't want to leave at the end!”
“When they say "Personalised," they mean it! We had an absolutely amazing day with Capital Personalised Tours! We chose "Private Martinborough Wine Full Day Tour From Wellington" because our family loves wine, but also because, although we love the Lord of the Rings, my mother has some mobility challenges that can make set tours difficult. However, after our driver, Andrew, met us at the cruise port and learned of our love of all things Tolkien, in addition to the wonderful wine tastings and lunch, he surprised us by taking us to some of the different movie set sights that mom could navigate. He stopped by the Helm's Deep quarry, the Isengard gardens, and we even walked through "Rivendell!" Lunch at Poppies was absolutely AMAZING and we had a wonderful time tasting and exploring the wines of New Zealand. (I'm now a fan of Chardonnay, which I never thought possible.) I just want to say that I can't thank Andrew and John enough for the wonderful experience they provided! We got to see and do things that simply wouldn't be possible with any other tour!”
“We had a very successful immigration outcome as a result of dealing with Marie at Kinoy Travel. We had contacted some other larger companies and whilst they had the glitzy websites, they were unable to offer us any realistic solutions. From the first meeting with Marie, we felt confident that she had our best interests at heart and was able to give us confidence that we could achieve what we wanted to. I would recommend anyone that needs a personable and professional representative in their immigration matters contact Kinoy Travel. I'm sure you won't be disappointed Simon & Mot”
“Vanessa went out of her way to provide travel arrangements that suited us. She listened to our preferences and altered things as we requested. We had a wonderful holiday in Rarotonga and were particularly impressed with our resort.”

“Zaheda booked my flights from Auckland to Paris (return trip) for my solo trip. It was great to get Zaheda to help me as this was my first time ever travelling by myself. If you are looking for a travel consultant, she is the one for you!”
“Thank you so much Kit for making the process of sorting out a cabin so seamlessly! Really happy with the fast responsive service I received and would definitely recommend others to go through JustCabins when looking for one.”
“What a hidden treasure this is. Ducks, gardens, eels and a place for children to play. Reminds me of Englands allotments gardens.”
“This was an excellent weekend tour from Saturday morning (10am) until Sunday (5.30pm). The gardens and homes were all interesting and the home hosts were very welcoming. The driver was excellent, and we enjoyed the travel views on the way. Our travel broker Karen had the itinerary well organized with an excellent historian on board. We both thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.”
“Awesome place, very friendly for newbies. Everyone there has been helpful and great to deal with. Good array of gear to use and lots of knowledge about it all.”
