Loved It! To celebrate a special day we thought a helicopter ride over Wellingoton would be an unforgettable experience and it was! We had a fantastic pilot and made us feel at ease and was great at pointing out the landmarks of the city to help us get our bearings from a new perspective. Terrible experience. Asked for my card details... this is NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Once I had called the people with the card details, they texted me the card number saying it hadn't gone through. They even had the audacity to ask for the CVC number??!! NOT ON. I do not recommend this company at all, and I hope this is a warning sign to all future tourists, and people who are wanting to fly with this company.
Our experience last Sunday was magic and we're still buzzing! We thought the staff were all very professional, and our pilot was so informative and accommodating - even flying over our house in Island Bay so that we could get a photo of it. The stop around the coast to see the seals was an added bonus. The flight lasted nearly twice as long as we expected and we felt very lucky to have had this wonderful gift from a family member. Thanks, Wellington Helicopters!
Absolutely brilliant. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really enjoyed the informative commentary on Wellington in general and landing on the remote headland for scenic & wildlife photo opportunities was superb.
