This was an excellent weekend tour from Saturday morning (10am) until Sunday (5.30pm). The gardens and homes were all interesting and the home hosts were very welcoming. The driver was excellent, and we enjoyed the travel views on the way. Our travel broker Karen had the itinerary well organized with an excellent historian on board. We both thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.
Katrina may primarily focus on international travel, but she certain knows how to put on a quality local trip as well! On a recent group trip out to the Wairarapa we were able to explore several hidden gems of the region in quick and organised succession, paired with great food and accommodation. Katrina did a fantastic job of managing a larger group, coordinating everything ahead of time, and dealing with any surprise hiccups that always happen on trips like these. I am sure she's ready to help with any of your travel planning, too!
In all our dealings with Katrina she was professional, well organized and attentive to our needs. When we were overseas and a rail strike threatened she responded quickly to our email and provided alternative solutions. It was nice to know that Katrina was available to help if required.

Katrina was fantastic in organising our tickets to Hobart from Wellington for the end of the year as we found it far too difficult to do online ourselves. Katrina also got us better connecting flights and cheaper prices than what we had found. If that wasn't enough, Katrina organised the tickets for my mother-in-law! Katrina can at least match any deal you can find yourself, and you get the added benefit of her ability to sort out all the connections, any changes you need to make along the way, and deal with emergencies for you from the other side of the world. Don't gamble with the trip of a lifetime, Katrina will look after you with true professionalism.
There is no comparison between "booking online" and using a broker... And Katrina is one of the best brokers I have had organise for me. Travel is never a sure thing, but having support to assist with any issues that may arise is priceless - even though there is no real cost difference than doing it all myself.
