   Vanessa at Travelust gave us five star service. The devil is in the details, instead of the devil we had Vanessa in the detail of our trip. She knows how a great holiday works and makes it happen. She took the time to understand what we like, and created a trip that ticked all the boxes. She led us through the planning covering what we didn’t even know we needed to. The pace, the flights, the hotels and activities were all spot on. Thank you Vanessa, we’re already dreaming of our next trip and we will be asking you to help us with that too!

   After three weeks away (Globus Eastern US & Canada Discovery) we arrived home safely with only slight flight delays. We have had a great time with lovely tour guide, driver, and fellow passengers. We thoroughly enjoyed Hamilton though the screaming of the audience when an original actor appeared was earsplitting! Aladdin was very entertaining too so we booked Harry Potter for our last night! The tour pace was quite tiring with many early starts and not much spare time for additional activities. The extra days in New York were perfect for visiting the iconic places that were everywhere. The weather was hotter than usual and there was rain on only one day. It's good to be home again. Thanks for all your help that has made our holiday a trip of a lifetime.

   I cannot recommend Vanessa at Travelust highly enough to book your next escape. I’ve just returned from the most incredible 6 week OE in Europe, UK & The Greek islands. Vanessa helped plan our entire itinerary without missing any of our must-visit destinations and from the moment we departed Auckland, we couldn’t fault a thing. She booked our flights with short stop overs allowing us the maximum time in each place, and our accomodation was always perfectly central, safe and comfortable. The extra activities Vanessa recommended were well worth it, although we were sceptical at first, we now understand why it’s best left up to the pros. We would have missed out on so many amazing sights and experiences if it wasn’t for her guidance. The app was super handy for accessing documents, checking booking times and staying in touch with Vanessa throughout the trip. We honestly can’t thank you enough for planning us the most amazing OE that we will never forget xx

   Vanessa was helpful in all ways when making my booking to Rarotonga. She was always available when I needed more questions answered. The l accomadation was fantastic and couldn't fault it. Great for a family. However the weather didn't play ball and we found we had to go yo otherside of island to get away from the wind. The weather was sadly not that great. Although warm we didn't really have the blue skies and sea you see on all the pictures. I was REALLY disappointed but my family still loved it all. The highlight was swimming with The Turtles with GO LOCAL couldn't fault them in all aspects of our experience and it was the highlight of our trip

   We have used Vanessa to arrange 3 holidays now. Two international family holidays (including the one cancelled by Covid!) and a domestic holiday that included 3 different families! Each time we have experienced professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. We have changed our minds, added things and completely flipped plans but Vanessa was always accommodating and willing to make whatever we needed work for us.    Very happy with the service I received from Travelust NZ. Perfect communication, and easy to book. Straight forward! What impressed me most was the overall experience, from being listened to and the way flights (Europe) have been timed and connected. Important when flying with kids on your own. Vanessa just got me and managed the rest. She also managed to get me a great deal and awesome connection flights, during a time when things were still uncertain pre-Covid. And other agents told me they couldn't assist me. I can only sing praises - You will be in expert hands booking with Travelust!
