“No hidden costs, unlike other places, here when you pay it includes everything, the spa, delivery, set up, the only extra was the Lid/steps, other places you have to add on so many things, not here! Thanks so much, was a wonderful experience from start to finish, Amanda was very helpful on our first visit, then Alistair helped out to finalise buying the Tarn Spa. He came out to our home to check accessibility and spa location. A week later we had our dream spa delivered, installed, filled and set up with the right chemicals from a great team of men, who worked against the atrocious weather that day. So professional! “The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks”

“Honestly, this is convenience food for a great value relaxing evening dinner. We always spec up the pizza, and the Smoked Meats, Tzatziki Lamb, and Chicken Camenbert pizzas have all been excellent of recent. We did have one bad night, but that was unusual based on recent experiences.”

Was using Firestone, Goodyear before, so was looking for something nice but was reluctant to pay $260-300 per tire. Had been offered Maxxis. Abt $200 per tyre. Appointment in 30 min time. Never used them before, so took a chance and never regret since. Tyres work fine. Start filling difference straight away. Very smooth ride and good noise reduction. Happy to discover Maxxis and Best Value Tyres. Extremely recommend.”
