Not the best experience. Agent was really slow and seems to not know what she's doing. Definitely needs training!

Flight centre has ruined our holiday. I've never experienced such a bad trip. Never going back through them. We were under the impression that we were getting a Skoda sedan or equivalent. We arrived at the airport and went to the rental car company that was booked for us. I should have known a car company called Alamo was going to be interesting. There was no one there. We used the phone on the counter for contacting them and no response. After a long long wait we decided to stand in a long line at the hertz rental. Eventually someone turned up at the Alamo so we went back. The only car she had for us was a Mazda CX3. She claimed this was an upgrade. We said we thought it was going to be too small and we expected a sedan. She said they don't have any Skoda in their fleet. We went to the car and I could barely get one suitcase in the boot! Realising that we weren't going to fit we went back to the desk. No one around again! I stood in the AVIS line now as it was the shortest and asked if they had anything available that would fit us. The guy couldn't have been more helpful and we left in a large Toyota. The only option I had was to pay for an additional rental car that actually fits us and our gear. $1800 of additional costs later, that we weren't expecting, we were on our way feeling very stuck and pissed off. Not a great start. Next we go to Seaview and after waiting in line we find out we don't have the vouchers we need. We call Flight Centre and ask what the hell is going on and magically the email arrives with the vouchers. Now we are told by another attraction that there's no booking under our name. And there's no booking code in the pack we have. What's next! I might as well go back to booking everything myself for holidays as I used to. At least then I can sort stuff out properly before I leave instead of having the stress of this experience!!

Just wanted to come on here and say what a dreadful experience I had here today. I walked in and was told everyone was busy and they’d be with me as soon as possible. I was happy to wait, I sat and waited about half an hour or so, during this time I observed a few of the travel agents sit there and ignore the people they were booking flights for, they weren’t engaging with the customers just blankly looking at them every 5 minutes or so. Another 10 minutes went by and a lady came over and said she had another client who had an appointment so she’d be awhile, again I said I was happy to wait, she then said “what are you here for today” to which I replied “I was hoping to book a holiday” she then said “where to” I said “Bali” and as soon as I said that she snubbed me, I could tell she was completely not interested in helping me book this holiday. Since then I have looked through these reviews and seen that this awful customer service at this location has been mentioned, however nothing has changed. I have decided to go elsewhere to book my holiday, a place that I won’t be judged for the location I’m travelling to. All I can say is I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be recommending.

I wanted a refund for my flight tickets. Been there three times and they’ve said that they’ll refund but it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund. Very unprofessional and slow. Still waiting for the refund.

We have been dealing with a new flight center staff member who has not much experience in travel and we were not explicitly informed about red/blue ribbon... Also no email was received from them to detail how to claim a missing luggage. When I called the center on day 20 after the return flight I was not been helped and told to wait for another day to see the person who we have been dealing with. Then on day 21 of our arrival, the staff member said you cannot claim the missing luggage refund as it is day 21 now, and this is after he asked another staff member which means he is not aware of the time frame as well. So he did not inform us about when to claim nor we did not receive email from Blue Ribbon on the day of purchase so how is it possible for us to know about the time frame??????? So have asked to get contact of the Captain cover and told us we cannot and he will contact them and get back to us and it has been 4 days with no response. Always been sending email and they hardly respond. It has been a very unpleasant experience and I highly recommend visiting other travel agencies as your questions will never be answered as they have no clue of their job.

Unfortunately they weren't too helpful. We asked about how you go about compassionate air flights for a funeral. Unfortunately we were told to approach the airlines ourselves. We went to another travel agent and they told us not to worry they would do everything and told us what we needed to provide. Our friend has had good experiences the flight center that's why we went to them. Unfortunately fir us this wasn't the case.

I usually don’t give negative reviews online unless I am really frustrated. Had airline credit with flight centre and since I have been dealing with Laura with my previous booking (which got canceled because of COVID) I decided to continue dealing with her. I have been treated poorly, no response till I have give more than 2-3 emails and when I call the centre to talk directly to her she seems always busy and the agents say they will get in touch it never happens. There has been times when I email her, I get out of office response and I call straight away decide to talk to another agent to get a quote , I am informed Laura M is at work even though she has an out of office reply to my email . On top of that whenever I get an response regarding quotes I am always given higher amount tickets. It is frustrating that this is the kind of service is provided. I eventually got my tickets sorted when I escalated this but I am stilled disappointed with the service provided. I wish I had never gone to Flight Centre since there are other flight agencies that treats customers with respect. I am giving 1star since that’s the lowest I can give, wish there was negative stars available to give. This is not a personal attack but just bringing awareness so people can make good choices and get better service somewhere else. Waste of time and money!!! Edit In response you get a robot reply
