   Website switched my address from Auckland to Wellington location. I made the employee aware and he was not able to refund or call the Auckland store to fix their mistake. He worked closing shift on 13/10/25 and was verbally abusive and hung up on me. Indian accent.

   Ordered chicken and camembert pizza thin crust. The base was so soft hard to pick it up. All the topping slid of when finally able to pick it up. Needed a magnifying glass to find chicken. Thought I'd been given the wrong pizza. Plus completely overpriced for what you get.

   Very efficient was delivered to my motel exactly the time they said it would take. I was so happy because no one answered the phone for McFonalds for me to order to motel i had no car and it was raining so could not walk. I also rang KFC and the girl was extremely rude and almost yelled at me that i have to order online . So im grateful for the efficient pleasant way i was treated by Dominos and they even had Gluten free very happy Thank you very much as a visitor to your country from Australia well done in making me welcome

   So I got pizza dessert dripping in apricot sauce and given the excuse by the lady at store “ I did it myself , hole of the sauce bottle is big .. this is the amount we pour on pizza “ unapologetic and hung up the fon on my face thrice and when i called again she didnt pick up . Pizza was cold and wet in sauce ( i just posted the pic ) . She made fun of my situation when i cried literally on the phone telling her i have a new born i need to nurse the baby but i cant cook please get me a new pizza . Nooooo she was like i cant do anything today for you and when you.heard me crying badly in my last call ,then she again in sarcastic way said “ oh if you keep going like this then i can send you another pizza “ really ??? Am i begging you for food ?I paid you for my meal and asked you to get me the right order and take back your sweet dessert .I didnt ask you for free pizza . If you check my history of ordering , i order pizza every second day and never asked for refund or replace pizza in last 10 years , i know how much sauce i usualy get . You cant hung up phone in between the conversations when you have so called 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I am literally crying while typing this comment …. Still hungry , and ordering food from another food outlet . Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad verrrrryyyyyyyyyy bad experience.I swear never going to have dominoz again in my life .Shame on you lady !! Shame on dominoz lowerhutt
