   My car was stuck on ferry wharf end of June. I was so lucky that I was referred to these guys. My car wasn't drivable. After long hours and challenging moments they got the the car up and running.    Having been let down by another company, we called in here to see if they could remove sockets, wiring and camera screen from my ute prior to trading it in for a new one. This awsome team said they could do it and came to collect me when it was done. We booked in to have most of this gear fitted to the new vehicle a few days later. Absolutely brilliant job by a very knowledgeable team. Big shout out to Jody and Tom. Great communication with the job being completed within the estimated time and I was given. I was extreemly happy with the outcome and price. I can thoroughly recommend All Auto Electrical.

   I feel very ripped off from my car service experience here. I’m not a car repair expert but being charged 110/hr Labour fee is too much for me. This price isn’t disclosure earlier on. I try to get a verbal quote from the mechanic, which is about 300 in total…. I’m still in shock writing this review here.

   I have mixed feelings dealing with this company. I think at the time of my repair the team at Berry and Mexted were under a lot of strain due to sickness and shortage of staff. Overall, their price and service were ok. I couldn't find anyone else to do the job and I had at least three other companies direct me to them which made the decision easier.

   I may have considered just buying a new car if I knew how much they were going to rip me off. They saw me coming. Why didn't you give me some sort of heads up? The mechanic who did the work also had to do the payment because no one else was there. He would not look me in the eye. He knew it was not right price for the hours he had put in.
