   Called and ordered a mini margarita for my kid. They gave me a spicy pizza when I got there and said that the standard margarita is no longer available. I was then forced to order another pizza that's not spicy despite not being told that the menu has changed when ordering. Really disappointing and poor customer service.

   Ordered x4 pizzas and x4 sides on Tuesday night (15/04/2025). Received this what looked to be sat on pizza (the box was crushed) as well as all of our sides being uncooked (the garlic butter in our bread was no where near melted & the chips were frozen cold). Called to complain (I was nicer than I should’ve been) and they said they would send replacements, it’s now Saturday and we haven’t received anything so here’s this bad review. Don’t order from here.

   I dont recommend this branch. I ordered 2 pizza and 2 sides, when i came in for pickup, the guy only gave me 3 foods, they forgot garlic bread. They missed it, didnt cook it at all. The indian guy said 1 min, but he didnt say any "sorry". But thats fine, i was waiting. Many people coming in and going out, i saw two people got garlic bread even though they ordered after me. I waited 5mins and decided to be in the line. On my turn, i asked them, im still waiting for my garlic bread. The young kiwi boy also didnt say anything for sorry. And that indian guy didnt care about my issue. I like Domino pizza, i tried other branches in other areas, but this one is the worst one. If i didnt ask them, they wont care about my issue at all. I bought my drink at another shop but i finished my drink before eating pizza and my pizza is not hot any more. Warm and getting cold now. Terrible. Bad customer services. Never come again. Please go to another branch nearby. I ordered pizza with cheesy crust, but look at this. The dough is not weird. Dont buy it. What a aweful things.

   Have had a few pizzas from here over the last couple of years and they have been a bit hit and miss, especially re toppings. Ordered four pizzas last night and they were all top-notch! (And the same goes for a couple of weeks ago too.) Keep up the good effort Dominos Johnsonville! :-)

   Second time a pizza has turned up looking like it was thrown like a Frisbee. Not sure what staff training for delivery drivers occurs but this is terrible. And when I put through feedback no followup by the store either because they don't care or are too busy dealing with complaints. Looking at the previous feedback I'm definitely not the only one.

   Our delivery arrived half an hour late and smashed. We had to call to find out where it was and were told to wait another 15 minutes was already 20 minutes late. One pizza was burned and both weren't even close to properly cut. They were both soggy and lukewarm. The garlic bread was squished flat, and both pizzas were squished with the toppings all over the box tops. Genuinely the worst experience we've ever had with Dominos, so disappointing.
