   Called them to confirm they had a part in stock for my Breville coffee machine. Went to purchase the part and took the coffee machine with me in case they needed to check anything first. Not only did they have the correct part, but they then fitted it for me while I went and had a coffee. Excellent service and would recommend them 100% for any repairs. Thanks guys!

   The door opening mechanism on my Panasonic inverter Microwave oven broke. Whilst it was quite an old model it was in excellent working order except for the broken door mechanism and I thus wished to retain it given that it was a perfect fit in my kitchen cabinetry. I tried a few appliance repair companies closer to my home but none of them undertook repairs to Microwave ovens. I then contacted Andrew at Wellington Appliance Servicing in Lower Hutt (from a google search) who was very happy to have a look at it. Given the age of the model not all the parts that were required to fix it were available but Andrew using kiwi ingenuity got it working perfectly. Not only did Andrew do a great job he was a pleasure to deal with and also in my opinion charged me a fair price for the work that he did. Should the need arise in the future, I will certainly be going back to Andrew and I have no hesitation in recommending him based on this experience of mine.

   I took my Breville Coffee machine out to Wellington appliance Servicing I was so impressed with his service I got from him..I highly recommend if you got any Appliances and you do not want to buy new one take them out to him and before you know it will up and run again and that might save you a bit of money because we need to support these companies because they do a great job

   Took in my miele vacuum cleaner that was not working. The staff were amazing. Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My vacuum cleaner was seen, fixed and ready for pickup in less than a week. (In my case it was a faulty plug). They were incredibly value for money.

   It's so hard to find someone to fix or service small appliances like coffee machines or microwaves. Look no further. Our LG microwave stopped heating so we dropped it in. About a month later it was fixed at LG's cost despite being out of warranty.

   Andrew was amazing - when my microwave broke and I needed it urgently, he agreed to look at it straight away and very quickly diagnosed the problem before custom designing a part to fix the problem on the spot! He has that rare combination of having the exceptional technical skills alongside a real understanding of what it means to provide excellent customer service. If your appliance has broken, don't bin it before you talk to Andrew - he is more than likely able to fix it and keep it out of the tip! Highly recommend A++
