   I placed a pick-up order through the Domino’s app at the Miramar store. There was an ongoing offer for any Gourmet or Traditional pizza at $12 each. However, the current shift manager refused to honor the offer price, was extremely arrogant, and treated me poorly just because I was trying to use the coupon in-store. I tried applying the offer through the app, but it wasn’t working due to a technical issue, so I wanted to show the coupon in person. The manager still refused to apply it to my order. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at Domino’s. I used to be a Domino’s manager myself years ago, and this person clearly needs training on how to manage both customers and promotions properly. It was a $70 order, and with the offer it should have been around $52, but he outright refused to give me the food at the advertised price. The Miramar Domino’s already had a bad reputation earlier, and I had hoped that with some staff changes things would improve, but unfortunately the service has only gotten worse.

   I'll be coming in tomorrow to demand a refund for the pizza that was not delivered at all - also nobody picks up the phone at all! SCAM company should be closed down - read the reviews not worth dealing with at all. It needs to be totally BOYCOTT.

   Ordered through their website. I got a delivery estimate of 1:07 -1:17 am. It's over an hour past the end of the estimated delivery window, the order is still showing as being made on the tracker and the phone rings for about a minute before disconnecting.

   My Order never arrived and I ordered it 50 mins before closing ,I live 5 mins away from them but my money was taken and nothing in return .

   Pizza was not delivered at all when the store was clearly open, Happy to take money though! Let’s hope my feedback complaint makes it to the right person. I’d love to hear why I never received my order that I definitely ordered on time & paid for!
