   Went in the arvo today and got served by Zoe. She was so lovely and had such great product knowledge about products I was wanting to purchase for my son. Right off the walk in she looked at my stroller and was able to tell me better brands to purchase as my son will soon grow out of his capsule. Very very happy with her customer service and hands on experience. Thank you Zoe !

   The staff here are amazing, we were helped by Katherine. We are based in Auckland and were searching for an animal rocker to gift to family in wellington. These were not available online so we had to get in person. Knowing we were flying to wellington she held the rocker for a week and even sent us pictures of it via email to confirm it was the model we wanted. It was the only one left im the country. When we visited she still let us check we were happy to purchase and gave us a gift exchange reciept. Its the best customer service we had experienced over the phone and in person. Thanks

   Visited Thursday 23rd April around 10/11ish am. Kathleen I think her name is (will double check when I next visit). Customer service, empathy and the fact that she went above and beyond for me was amazing. I purchased some Slippers 2 years ago for my daughter who is very tiny. They were fur slippers with elastic string on the back. My daughter has just now grown out of them and I was hoping to see whether they were still selling these. She not only checked their Folder she also called around for me as I was really keen on purchasing some more. She was great, whilst helping me out she also helped out another customer in store too. Her product knowledge is great! Myself and another customer didn't have any struggles because of her. I even managed to walk away with a free Gift for a promotion they had. I had no idea about this promotion as I didn't see it on any signage or posters whatsoever but if it weren't for her I wouldn't have known. She made my visit feel special. I'd definitely go back just because of her service. She great!

   We visited the porirua store today to buy a pram and car capsule etc for our first baby and we were helped by a wonderful woman named Jo. She was so knowledgable, patient and friendly and we came away feeling confident we had made good decisions based on our needs.    I would like to give a big shout out to Jo the manager of the Baby Factory Porirua. Jo you are a gem, very professional and a great help to me the nanny. My moko girl(due in 5 weeks) will be well dressed, kept warm during winter and a safe Baby Plum travel system. From blankets to nappies it was like I was child lost in a candystore and Jo(my mum)came to the rescue. Thank You so much Jo. Have a great wekend. Happy Nanny

   It was okay, I was looking to buy a new cot and the lady that helped me couldn't answer many of my questions and when she could she had to ask someone else or she didn't seem sure of her answer. I understand if she's new but I walked out without any of my questions answered and brought a cot from somewhere else. I found they had a good range of some products but not of others. It did have a great set up and was safe for my child to run around while I looked.
