    Felt violated walking in the store by the older man behind the store counter, as he looked me up and down. Had terrible customer service from the minute my partner and I asked for help. Told us that he wouldn’t be able to help with a colour match till the next day even though it’s a 20minute job(have experienced this at another store) and we arrive more than an hour before the store was meant to close. Was more nosy about what we needed the paint for than actually doing his job and helping us find the right paint and price it for us. Told us to try find the colour ourselves and didn’t bother to come out from behind the counter and help with this. As I felt violated, I left the store with my partner still inside. The store owner then commented to my partner β€˜is she in a bit of a huff, that’s why you don’t get married.’ He said this in front of two other customers also. Really appalled by this. Gives your branding a really bad name. Will never be back. How could you let someone be running a store that treats people like this.
