Should've gone here instead of evocycles. My bad though I keep forgetting 99 bikes exists. Bought some clearance endurance bibs and a castelli top. Everything priced really well and cheaper than evo cycles. Polite service and really helpful staff too. Edit: been back a few times still good service, staff willing to open boxes and let me try before buying which was a relief Second edit: got new rotors today staff knowledge really helped and they also got me the right tools for the job, happy as Third edit: Price matched some tyres online and not only did they match price they also gave me free shipping! Before you buy any component elsewhere, 100% you should price check with 99 bikes, be silly not to!
I needed some help repairing my ebike and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received! Rick was incredibly friendly and fixed the problem in five minutes. Talked me through the process and it was very reasonably priced! Would definitely recommend :)
I brought my bike in for a minor repair which the team at 99 Bikes did quickly and at a very reasonable cost. They even resolved an issue with a brake lever as well which I hadn't mentioned but needed doing. Very happy with the work and experience !!
We bought 2 raven pedal bikes three weeks ago. The bikes are very cheap (360nzd each) and the quality is also very low. The gears shift horrible and the rust is already showing. 25 dec: 99 bikes, thanks for your fast reaction. The problem is really in the material. I have a 105 and an Ultra set and they can not be compared. My message was just for future buyers, better spend more money than buying this bike
