   We had a fantastic experience at Kilbirnie Sports. We were looking for a new cricket bat for my son, and Johnathan couldn't have been more helpful. He took the time to listen to what we needed, explained the differences between various bats, and made sure my son got one that suits his level and playing style perfectly.    Fantastic customer service! I bought a netball that started going flat, and when I went back, the team at Kilbirnie Sports kindly replaced it with a brand new ball — even one that was more expensive than the original. Really impressed with how friendly and helpful they were. Highly recommend this store!

   Great Staff( They have a great knowledge of what they are doing) really nice store with plenty of options. Got a really nice Cricket bat ( Mark gave me a good info on how to maintain the new bat I brought) while other staff gave me a good info on the cricket kit that would suit me the best.
