We were in a rush with an hour to to our ferry, we wanted to get our girls fringes trimmed and thought we would see if they could fit us in quickly. Not only were they more than happy to help us being in a rush, the man that served us made our girls feel welcomed, appreciated and made their experience fun. We were then told this was all free of charge and just wanted us to have a great day.. Thanks guys! Awesome establishment.
I have been going to Vivo for years and always feel well looked after here. I saw Sammuel yesterday, and as always they did an amazing job with my hair, but they also bring a lot of great energy to the session as well as paying a lot of attention to detail to my hair type and preferences from previous sessions. Staff are absolutely amazing! Was my second time going and has been incredible service both times. If you are after a salon with impeccable customer service then go there. I had Abi, she is so lovely and I am in love with my hair!!

I had a wonderful hydrojelly facial today with Diana. She was so friendly and welcoming and I loved it. Diana is very professional and has so much knowledge. My skin felt so hydrated, healthy and glowing. An added bonus was an amazing head, neck and shoulder massage. Thank you Diana and Vivo.
I had the best experience with Diana in the Skin Clinic! Diana gave me a lash and brow tint, plus brow tidy. I came away with very tidy looking eyes and no black stains under my eyes. Diana has my highest recommendation of any beauty therapist I have seen.
