   My experience was simply outstanding! I dealt with Andrew when I urgently needed to get a large item from Wellington to ChCh. I was advised that it could take up to 5 working days but it took 2, I was blown away. The service was excellent, Andrew and his assistant in Petone were very friendly and they took great care to ensure my item was well packed and protected. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

   I had a great experience with Pack & Send Thorndon Quay (Andrew and his team) when shipping a fragile mirror. The team was super helpful and easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They really took care with the packaging, it was extremely well-protected and arrived in perfect condition. I was really impressed with the quality of service and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

   In response to owners comment - This was a pack only, and was dropped off, paid for via credit card and in-turn picked by by myself....the attached pic was of the item and the bloke who served me. Robert Fugle Still no satisfactory response from Pack and Send, received a gmail stating no record and asking for a list of details as proof to which i provided the attached pic showing the item that got broken on the counter of pack and send and the bloke that served me in the background who promised to pack suspended in foam beads suitable for the trip........i guess ill go to social media and share my experience now I added a bad review for incorrectly packed goods not as agreed and paid for, that got smashed in transit.....no reply and now find has been deleted from reviews, is this why only good reviews are viewed....maybe a response this time.

   Arif at Pack and Send was amazing! I needed to ship some artwork to Sydney within a relatively short timeframe due to circumstances outside of my control. Arif packed my artwork, helped me with customs (so I wouldn't get a bill when the work arrives back in NZ after the exhibition), and sent the work so it arrived in Sydney with a day to spare. He also arranged insurance for the work which was awesome. Highly recommend working with Pack and Send Thorndon - they are GREAT!

   I needed to get some signage back home after a conference and the team were exemplary! Picked up from me within 20mins of placing a call and the signage arrived home in record time. Not only were the team easy to deal with but the service was reasonably priced also. Super happy and would highly recommend this team if you have any shipping or freight needs.
