Wow what an awesome experience I had at Kitchen Things this afternoon. From the warm welcome to viewing various products - and all my questions were answered. The team went above and beyond, were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.
Absolutely amazing service and products. We purchased our Smeg double oven, one being a microwave and a gas cook top and now a Miele dishwasher . The sales person was considerate of our needs, explained the product difference and gave us a good price. Kitchen has models of products which is not stocked by other retailers. Happy to continue support Kitchen things.
Excellent service from the moment I walked in the store to the moment the team dropped my new appliance and took my old appliance away for me. Great communication from sales through delivery. So i didn't have to hang around waiting and wondering when things would arrive. A great customer experience for me!
Went into the Wellington branch to look at a new dishwasher for our home. The manager Jon show me a few options and very helpful and professional service from Jon. Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher and it arrived into there store within 2 days. Received a phone call from one of the team to let me know the dish washer had arrived. Highly recommend kitchen things.
So many things to like about shopping for appliances at Kitchen Things. 1) The large variety of brands and appliances in store - Touch and feel a product before you buy! 2) Quality staff - The staff here know the vendors they showcase and the features of the products. 3) The low pressure sales approach. They listen to what I am looking for and what features I want (or don't want!). Never been pressed to "buy now!" or "upgrade" to something more than what I am looking for. 4) They arrange skilled installers. I've have had 3 items installed and never once has the installer had the flip thru the install guide to figure out where something goes. Installation team was professional and tidy!
Very friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff. A good variety of appliance brands. Huge thanks to James for helping us towards making a decision on cooktops. AMAZING!!
Great service! they took the time to show us all the ovens on display. We ended up buying a nice Samsung pyro oven from them. Pretty stoked.
5 stars for the welcome from the little French bulldog who loves a cuddle. I've shopped here over the years, mostly over the phone as I live outside the region. Was excellent to visit in person and get the full experience. Great range of products, very knowledgeable and helpful staff (they deserve five stars also). Use navigation to get there if you're not familiar as it's on a slip road off a 100km/hr interchange.
