The team at PETVET Silverstream was absolutely amazing with my dog who had surgery the prior night and needed a place to recover at. They looked after him the entire day, made space for us to visit and spent time patiently explaining next steps to us. The staff team clearly cares about the animals and has a warm, approachable manner at all hours, even when they're run off their feet and tired as! Thank you so much for all you did :)
The PetVet team were excellent and helpful when my cat was unwell and could not get her in anywhere over the long weekend. The Vet Nurse on the phone helped chat me through the issue and provided me with excellent advice until I could get in with a vet. Dr Amos Manktelow, the vet we saw was fantastic, he was very kind and friendly and great with my shy cat. Thanks team!
We were transferred to Petvet Silverstream as our greyhound needed immediate attention and our usual vet was full. I had to say that the consultation provided by Dr Geraldine was exceptional to the fact that I’m contemplating of making this my primary vet for my 2 dogs. She explained the entire process and treatment and never once brushed us off with our many questions. Thanks again for the impressive service.

These people are so caring towards our fur babies. I had to take my old senior dog there yesterday and within less than an hour the lovely vet told us very bad news. But my girl was with the right people who showed her so much love and let us take as long as we needed with our girl. If you need a great vet at anytime this is the best place to go. I can't thank them enough.
We moved from another vet and so happy we chose pet vet. After a really good yearly check up Our dog had to have a surgery and the team went above and beyond with communication, support and reassuring us. On top of this they took the best care of our fur baby. We a Really happy. Thanks pet vet
I rung today, just for a annual shots and I mentioned that I needed to see someone asap cause I noticed my pups eye was looking weird… I was put in right away. Once then Mabs wouldn’t co-operate cause she has ‘issues’ so after a lovely gentle 40 minutes, the Vet decided on an alternate method, and we get to see the vet tomorrow…. With some gentle calming tablets. I think this was the best visit we have done… and all our visits have been awesome. So pretty happy!
