Today I visited the shop to buy some jewellery for a few ear piercings. The person at the front was initially helpful in answering my questions, but as it was close to closing time, I ended up choosing only a few items, not everything I would have liked. When I paid to have the new pieces fitted, she was friendly and chatty at first. However, after one of the piercings was placed, I realised the jewellery looked too big for my liking. I asked if we could consider the smaller size we had discussed earlier, or a slightly different option. She mentioned it wasn’t the recommended choice but said she could change it if I wanted, which I agreed to. At that point her behaviour shifted noticeably—she became abrupt, threw her gloves and the piercing onto the tray, and overall seemed visibly annoyed, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. I consider myself a regular customer and genuinely love the jewellery here. I usually get my piercings done with Pearl, who is amazing, and I’ve even recommended the store to many friends. That’s why this experience felt disappointing. I’m happy with the jewellery I purchased, but I would have preferred a kinder and more professional interaction.
I had my belly button pierced by Jess and she was amazing! she was the loveliest girl ever, reassured me and it was the easiest most painless piercing i’ve ever had. Would highly recommend her if you decide to get a piercing here! smoothest easiest process ever :)
Pearl was absolutely wonderful, funny, super knowledgeable, and has great vibes! After initially choosing an eyebrow and septum piercing, they suggested I switch the septum for a navel piercing as my anatomy wasn't suited for a septum. The process was smooth and painless (as painless as a light stabbing can be) and well worth it!!
Was such an easy process. Pearl was amazing in making sure I was happy with the piercing, making me comfortable and ensuring that the whole thing was quick and painless. Really appreciate the team - especially Pearl - and will be back :)
Absolutely amazing ladies in store, if your nervous about getting a piercing the make the experience enjoyable and in no way stressful. I got my nose pierced and Jess made it so fun and showed that they really do care and want your experience to be amazing. 10/10 absolutely recommend. LOVED IT
Had a great experience here!! Me and some friends came in to get piercings and had a super pleasant experience. All of the team are so lovely but Abby is one of the best piercers I have had ever. Some of us were very experienced with piercings and others are new to piercings. She made everyone feel so comfortable and super supported. She was so awesome and I would absolutely come back to see her. I only give a 4 star because we had quite a long wait time even though we had booked an appointment but that's also just the time of day. Overall we will be back and I cannot recommend them enough.
