   Well where can I start, Rockshop has a special place in my heart. Having shopped there for 3+ years, the experience has only been phenomenal. From amazing staff and management to service beyond the horizon, this is your best stop for everything music, regardless of wether you are a begginer or an absolute legend. The team have looked after me and multiple friends over the years regardless of how big or small the sale was, the service was always a 100%. Big shoutout to the asst store manager Jesse for helping me with my recent purchase of this amazing guitar from the Solar S series. Jesse kept me upto date, helped allocate the stock and gave me enough information to help make my purchase as smooth as a big ol' chocolate cake. Not just Jesse but everyone in this store is amazing, having been run by an amazing Manager Diana, who always makes sure paperwork is upto date and that purchases are ready to rock and roll at any given time. I am, and will always be happy coming here and I thank the staff for defining what true customer service is. For anyone wishing to make a purchase wether you are starting up, or if you are stuck, these guys will help get you on your horses and back to shredding soon.    Jesse (Asst. Manager) was super helpful and knowledgeable. We came into the store with questions about whether to use a daisy-chain or individual power for pedals. Jesse gave us good advice on leads and let us try-out the daisy-chain with our own gear, before committing. We also had lots of different vouchers, worth varying amounts, cash and eftpos and he handled it all, plus gave us the Rockquest discount. Exceptional customer service. He deserves more than a free coffee !

   I bought a headrush frfr go yesterday. The box was opened and resealed and I expressed concerns that it might not be new or has been already used (I know sometimes equipment are tested in the shop and that is okay), however I was assured that it was new and was just tested in the shop. Upon getting home later that night, I opened the box and found that the charger/power plug is not in the box and the plastic for the manual is ripped - looks like it has been returned. I called the shop today and explained the situation and I was told that that they can send a generic power plug to me which will arrive on Monday (today is Friday), or I can go back to the shop anytime and get one. No compensation was offered at all (not sure if sending a charger is a compensation) and now I have to go back to get a power plug bringing my 3 children with me. Its frustrating because as I've always been a customer in rockshop lower hutt and transactions are always smooth. But it turns out its only pleasant when there aren't any issues. Scoring 2 stars as the person I spoke to is nice and was never rude

   Always enjoy browsing this store and buying from here. The staff are much more friendly and always look like they are actually doing something. The experience you have in the Hutt rockshop compared to Wellington city rockshop is polar opposites. The only downfall is the Hutt store has less/different stock due to the shop being smaller.

   I buy two guitar, some stomp boxes and orange amp from the Rockshop, They are really helpful and friendly and they ordered in my Jackson king v, I go to The Rockshop ever Monday and Thursday. Jesse setup my Jackson king V for full C Tuning, the string gauge is Ernie Ball Not Even Slinky 012 to 056 so I can play Sludge Doom. Ltd EC-10 guitar got fix by Chris and Jesse at Rockshop, they did good at fix my Ltd EC-10 and Ltd EC-10 sound amazing
