   I recently used Grace Removals in Wellington and couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, the manager and the branch coordinator went above and beyond to help me navigate a few unexpected obstacles in my situation. Their support, communication, and genuine willingness to assist made a huge difference and took a lot of stress out of the process. The packers and movers — Jack, Doug, and Cam — were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. They were incredibly obliging, respectful of our home, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely lovely people to deal with. Their professionalism and attitude made the whole experience smooth and worry-free. I highly recommend Grace Removals Wellington. Their team truly delivers exceptional service.

   I didn't have too many things, but did have just enough to make my move to Australia awkward. Grace Removals helped thoroughly with this, making the entire process smooth. Everything was explained clearly and all bases covered. Cam and Jack came by to collect it all and were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Everything was collected and wrapped nicely and I'm looking forward to the new place. Thanks for your help, all!

   We had high expectations of Grace Removals based on their website and our first meeting. Unfortunately they did not live up to expectations. We were moving from wellington to brisbane and I will give them credit for good communication throughout the process. Where they let themselves down is in the key part - the packing of our stuff. Don't believe their website when they say they pack glasses etc. Individually. This was not the case for us and every glass was packed in two's. They were stuck together when they arrived and impossible to separate without breaking. We lost 16 glasses through breakage as a result. They also have a complete disregard for your personal items. They use your nice sheets and towels as packing material, putting them with dirty fans, furniture etc. The claims process is all on you to fill out a detailed form and find replacement values meaning it's time consuming and, in the end, not worth the effort involved. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

   Grace Removals Wellington processed my possessions after they arrived by ship from Australia. I received great communication from the branch manager about when they had arrived in the country, when they had cleared customs and arranging a suitable delivery date. This was a very smooth process and the delivery guys Cameron and Jack were great. They were friendly and efficient and managed to get some heavy furniture manoeuvred and up an awkward internal stairway. They also didn't mind me taking a few photos and videos. Thanks heaps guys!!

   I used Grace Removals Wellington for a house move & storage late last year and found them to be amazing, so decided to use them again for a small business job, moving from my home office into a new commercial premise. Once again, they have been fantastic. First up, quoting and booking is easy and the office team has excellent communication - I received an easy to understand quote and paperwork, and great reminders and information ahead of the move day. On the day of the move, the team arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job moving my gear. They were super friendly and professional. In my opinion, Grace are premium movers - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for, and I think the service they provide is worth every cent! Just one small area you could perhaps improve on - I've found the stickers you placed on our home items when they went into storage are very hard to remove and leave sticky residue behind, it would be great if you could use stickers that peel off easily and don't leave glue behind :)

   Original delivery date 9th February 2023 from Wellington to Hamilton missing sofa and dining table. Finely the goods have arrived 16th March 2023 with a lapse of one month. As saying goes better late than never. However the process I must say was very disappointing, leave alone the hassle and inconvenience it has caused. Very poor service. The necessary parties concerned, including the company higher ups to rectify the internal drawbacks that lead to this unprofessional and disorganised way of conduct, and bring about a better service. As it raises concern if to use your services or recommend else where. I definitely would not recommend Grace Removals.

   I was reassured by the seriousness and professionalism of Grace when she came to estimate the amount of stuff we have. Everything was pretty straightforward, and she answered every questions we've had. The movers did their job well, and were patient enough with us for the things that were not ready to pack yet. This was a smooth experience, and I'm very happy with how it went.

   We had a very disappointing experience with Grace Removals. The service agreement promised wrapping furniture in high quality furniture blankets. This most definitely did not happen and our two couches were removed from the house by hoisting them over a balcony causing the fabric underneath to tear significantly leading to a crude attempt at hiding the tear. A computer chair was made totally inoperable after a heavy object was placed on top of it. A brand new washing machine had the lid broken. The list goes on but what was most disappointing was the removal guys not pointing this out at the time but leaving it for us to discover. An email to the company outlining what had taken place during the removal elicited no response. The service agreement notes their high-quality service. This most definitely was not.

   The young man who came to pack up our things was very professional kind friendly and patient.He did a great job. We could have done with a few more boxes but he had no way of knowing how much we had. So we can forgive him for that. We goods were to be delivered on the !st October but di not arrive until later. That was not such a big deal. The lady in their office kept us informed as to where the goods were. The price was very reasonable. Yes I would recommend them. This is the third time that we have used you. Thank you Grace Removals.

   Grace removals organised my move within a week. They came in took note of what was to be moved and gave me a fair quote,1K less than another mover. They packed everything professionally and moved it quickly and effeciently. I am very pleased with the result
