Fantastic customer service! My brand new Lexus had a tyre puncture that was near the edge. I didn't think it could be patched, but would need to be replaced. Carlos ordered the tyre and I brought the car in. I was expecting to pay over $400 for the tyre. 15 minutes later, Carlos was indeed able to patch the leak and it was good to go!! No charge, no expensive new tyre!! Honest, friendly and genuine service! Carlos is definitely worth the 35-minute drive from Wellington. Thank you very much Carlos!

If you want the best possible deal and advice on tyres don't hesitate to contact Carlos @Advantage Tyre Solutions & Battery Shop Upper Hutt. Didn't have a lot of cash and needed two new tyres, had been quoted $109 per tyre for a budget entry level, ended up with a Dunlop worth $201 for the same price as the entry level . Absolutely wicked deal thank you Carlos. Update back again 2023 and still got the same deal from Carlos, genuinely a helpful man . 5 stars plus now.
Just bought new rims and tyres from this store, with a wheel alignment. Great service, great price and the team is awesome. Saw multiple other customers come and go today, happy and smiling. Highly recommend this store. I've been to other places for work vehicles, but this has always been my favourite store for my own car for 20+ years.
Great service, thanks guys. Didn't need a replacement tyre as they were able to fix my puncture and without an appointment, I only had to wait 45 minutes in the queue. Highly recommend
