   Puchased Hebe dog shampoo from here Stated click and collect in Palmerston North- accepted payment When emailed re time to collect stated not available anymore in PN and need to get from store in Paraparaumu! Otherwise $9 to PN and $16 to Hawkes Bay Got a refund - luckily as went on to original Hebe website and the product was over 33% cheaper .. so saved over $40 and courier half the price they quoted as well! Will not deal with this company!

   A neat shop huge variety of items, most happy with the friendly service from the owners and staff. I have purchased toys, supplement and chews so far from here and its a great place to pick up XL deer Antlers which are hard to find. Thanks very much, Highly recommend.

   I have an insanely fussy cat who won't eat any treats unless they are those temptations. I went in and got one of their dried mussels on rwccomendation and she LOVED it. 10/10 will be buying the queen pearls treats from here from now on!

   I wanted to revise my review based on an incident involving a person named Annalise who recommended Cats and Dogs Dinner to me. Unfortunately, she was falsely accused of stealing, and the management seemed to have made the accusation without thoroughly checking the security cameras or gathering enough evidence. It's disheartening to see such a practice where a loyal customer is accused of a crime they did not commit without any substantial proof provided. This experience has made me concerned about my own reputation and the potential for baseless accusations. Therefore, I have decided to take my business elsewhere until Cats and Dogs Dinner demonstrates that they have conducted their due diligence and issued an apology. I will be shopping at Raw Essentials instead and informing my other friends whom I have previously recommended to Cats and Dogs Dinner about this situation, urging them to do the same.

   Be cautious with any regular orders. They've had problems with tracking when an order is picked up, and then trying to make that the customer's problem. Not very professional. Edit to respond to owner: absolutely was a customer of yours.

   Great delivery but wrong product given, no problem getting the correct order. We order green lipped mussel shells little smaller in size than other companies it did explain of sizes which what I was expecting. Shells are little harder to crack them. Other wise good. Will purchase from this company again.

   Fantastic service. Amazing selection of food, treats, and toys. We subscribe for frozen meat pellets (prey diet) for our dog's dinners and he loves it, and it's super convenient to come by every few weeks to pick up the order.
