Amazing service from the Newtown office - dropped off 18kg of documents to be packed and sent from Wellington to Christchurch yesterday. Advised probably would be delivered Thursday or Friday this week. Package arrived in Christchurch at 4.20pm today - delivered to the door as requested and well packed. Very impressed thank you so much will definitely use you again.

I had high expectations for this order given the price I paid. I assumed that with the cost, delivery would be quick—within 24 hours at most. It had been over 48 hours by the time my order finally arrived. To make matters worse, I hadn’t even received any confirmation or signed for anything, yet I was already getting a phone call from someone at the hotel asking me to pick up the phone. While I understand that delays can happen, I expected better service considering the price. However, I want to acknowledge the Palmerston North branch, who had been incredibly helpful and apologetic about the situation. They went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciated their efforts.
