My daughter and I went to the shop and served by Lilian. My daughter bought a pair of ear pods. Lilian advised me to keep my iphone and not upgrade unless I wanted to get a much newer model. Replaced my iphone with a new battery in 30 minutes. Great service and my phone battery working like a new phone.
Went in to get a screen protector and Lilian noticed my screen was cracked. She replaced it at a very affordable price and even cleaned my microphone for free. Super friendly and kind service — so glad to have such a warm tech shop in Kilbirnie. Highly recommend!
A very friendly store! My iPad, which I’ve used for years, wouldn’t turn on. Technician Lilian tested it and found that several parts were faulty. She gave me the best solution — to buy a second-hand iPad. It’s much newer than my old one, costs less than the repair, and even comes with a warranty. I highly recommend buying second-hand devices here, as they’re in great condition and very reasonably price.
A very friendly phone shop! A friend recommended me to come here for a second-hand phone, and the owner, Lilian, helped me choose an iPhone 13 that’s perfect for me. It’s $200 cheaper than a brand new one, and comes with a brand new battery, charging cable, and charger. We should support local businesses, as the owner truly does her best to take good care of customers.
This is a wonderful store. The owner, Lilian, is very attentive. As a female technician, she mentioned that she cleans every phone with an alcohol wipe both before and after the repair. I was impressed by her service and felt that she truly values every customer. A store like this definitely deserves our support.

Your guys saved my phone ! My iPhone X got motherboard problem and I asked lots of shop they told me they can’t do it or need 2 weeks… I thought maybe they will send to somewhere else which I don’t want. As if can’t be fixed I have to buy new phone and this is my work phone I need it every day … my friend told me about here, the technician can do motherboard repair in shop and actually he done a beautiful job within 4 days! Amazing job , thanks so much and highly recommend!
