   Terrible quality items. My daughter's school pinafore buttons fell off within weeks of wearing, rang them and they said I can take it to town to get them sewn back on, finally managed to get a replacement instead of fixing as it's a quality issue BUT the wait is up to 3 months for a replacement, absolute madness! Meanwhile the hemming has come undone on her other pinafore and the buttons are coming off. Super expensive pricing for such poor quality. Also painful staff to deal with in-store. Wish this wasn't the only place to get the kids uniforms from.

   Nearly 3 months to deliver 3 polo shirts. Placed an order in April for some very simple branded polo shirts and soft shell jackets. These were just to have the logo embroidered on the left breast on plain black polo shirts and nothing special. Total order contained 6 polos, 3 soft shell jackets and 1 high vis vest. Provided the artwork the same day and got a digital proof within a few days. Was advised of a delivery timeframe which was just before heading overseas and was fine. Fast forward to delivery and everything arrived but 3 of the 6 polos were plain and missed their embroidery all together. Advised the store which said they would take care of replacement ones and thought, no drama, mistakes happen. A few days later I get another automated digital proof email which had the wrong details on this. Rejected this using their system and heard nothing more. Followed up with the store a week later after not hearing anything. Nearly a month rolls by when I get told finally that they’ve been waiting for the blank polos to be returned to the store before they would be arranging the reprints. No prior correspondence at all mentioned this and I was delayed in getting this back to the store due to being overseas. Upon returning these to the store, no one in store had any clue what I was talking about even after quoting my job number. A few days later, I do get an email from the store manager (who was on leave granted) advising that these were in the queue for their team to action. Another week goes by and I follow up again. Turns out these had been sent but now had been delayed with the courier (which had them for nearly 7 days). Product finally arrived after I had to follow up with the courier myself to find out what was happening with this parcel. All in all, a simple order which should have taken a week or two has resulted in nearly 3 months delay, poor communication and just a lack of care from their team. I’m now being ghosted for after sales support from both the store and their customer service team. There are a good number of places that provide this simple service in Wellington and I’d highly advise to go with someone else that might actually care about the sales they make in order to follow through with the quality service we as clients expect when parting ways with our money.

   8 months ago I gave this store a poor review however the service I have received of late from Jen - twice over the past month has been amazing to say the least. Jen provides outstanding service, attention to detail and is super helpful! She made a usually stressful experience easy and carefree. Shows leadership, extremely knowledgeable and is unbelievably calm among stressed out parents. Thanks for the excellent service Jen!
