    A consistently poor customer experience every time I've visited this Barkers store so now I don't bother at all. I have little tolerance for self-absobed pompous "we're too cool for school" vibe with virtually no acknowledgement. The people who work here need to learn from the amazing Barkers Cuba Street team who are a cut above when it comes to customer service.

    Walking in store no welcome . Tall thin lanky guy too interested in how gorgeous he looked walked past us twice no acknowledgement. Husband needed a suit but not from there so walked out went to anotha store $1250 later. Their loss.

    I came into the Cuba st barkers and they recommended the lambton quay store for me of a range of suits. I came in and not gonna lie was a bit intimidated at first but after having a good talk to Imogen and all the great help and advice she gave with my suit and styles that will fit me I walked out happier than I've felt in the longest time! Big thanks to the crew at the shop and Imogen was an absolute legend! The crew have a great understanding and are such a helpful bunch! Thank you guys and I can't wait for more suits in the future
