I am super happy with the experience, the staff were amazing and made it a great positive experience given my first time doing this. They had even given me copies of her paw prints and some of her fur to take. 10/10 experience.”

“I love this store! They really look after their customers and go the extra mile for you. You also get the best greetings when you enter the store especially from their lil fur baby Mia. All my fish and live plants are from this store, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The best local pet store, and definetly worth the visit as they have all sorts of healthy and thriving animals. Their knowledge is so extensive that they've helped me alot with my fish keeping journey. Highly recommend this place!”

“Very good place for all your pet needs. We bought our cat Rodney a cat barrel tower that was a $60.00 saving which was pretty good. We also buy our wet cat food from here if it is on offer. Staff are usually pretty friendly and cheerful”

“Love this place! Super cheap and in a great location. The Grazies restaurant is really beautiful and the steak meal was beautiful. The only downfall would be the buffet breakfast which I got last time I stayed. The food was cooked great, but I was just expecting a little more variety, like scrambled eggs, breakfast sausages, mushrooms etc, like what you would normally see. Definitely recommend this place the staff are really lovely too.”

“Great store, huge variety at good pricing with friendly helpful service. Just bought an office chair. We've had one of theirs for a while and they are great chairs. Hence being a repeat customer. There are a variety of different styles to suit different body shapes with a variety of price levels. All with adjustable just about everything and optional aspects, like head rests. I can't go past the lumbar support and durability. Thanks Lower Hutt branch!”
