Weβve been taking our Labrador to this clinic for the past 9 years, and the care has always been exceptional. The team genuinely cares about the animals they look after and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which gives real peace of mind as a pet owner. Wouldn't trust our dogs health with anyone else.

Came in today to put my cat down who Iβve had my whole life. She was 18 years old and it was time to make the decision. I am super happy with the experience, the staff were amazing and made it a great positive experience given my first time doing this. They had even given me copies of her paw prints and some of her fur to take. 10/10 experience.

We couldnβt be more grateful to the team at Central Hutt Veterinary Clinic. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making both us and Sydney feel at ease. Dr. Eve was simply amazingβher expertise, kindness, and no-fuss approach quickly resolved Sydneyβs health issue. Within just a few weeks, Sydney was noticeably more comfortable and happy, and that joy rippled through our whole family. Itβs amazing how much brighter life feels when your beloved pet is thriving. Thank you for making such a difference!

Absolutely fabulous. The new clinic is awesome and there was no fat shaming lol of my porky dog. They just put her on a weight management plan with lots of support!

Reviewing after a bit of a wait to compare to a new vet and without a doubt, my experience here was bad. Took my young cat in to get check up for the first time I wanted a full check up. arrive with my cat she's very nervous, was sitting in that wait room for nearly 50 minutes past the appointment time, when my cat was seen the female vet did nothing, she stroked her did no tests of any kind, and said my cat is "healthy but quite overweight" my cat has a pronnoused pouch many cats do but i never thought she was overweight, the vet is just squeezing her pouch while saying she needs to loss this, I said that's her pouch and she proceeds to say never heard of that before must be something new and kind of laughs at me. All around it was just super weird. How does a trained veterinarian not know what a cat pouch is. I don't know if this was a stand in veterinarian on this day or something but I don't care to find out.

Been using this vet for years for cat groom. Needed cat groom. Was told by a unhelpful staff member do I come regularly. Said just for grooms. Then told I would need to bring in for a consultation b4 cat groom. I would use this vet but woman vet did not like treating my German Shepherd. And insisted to be muzzle. She had never shown aggression and could tell vet didn't like treating a large breed. From there never took dog back. I'm not going to be backed into corner. Only cat groomer in area. Isn't it for the service of animals not red tape.

They're always helpful and especially caring about my furbabies. When I had to put my 19yo cat to sleep, they had heated the room and placed soft blankets on the cold, sterile table. The vet explained what will happen and gave me time to grieve. Thank you.

Thank you Eve for looking after Tucker so well. Thank you for the detailed explanation. Tucker is very nervous with vet visits, thank you for taking your time with him. We cannot be happier having Eve as Tuckerβs go to vet now.

Took my dog in there for a biopsy and we saw Eve. My dog is a large breed that has been given a bad name. That didn't phase her. Usually I'm asked to muzzle him where ever I go. No need to here. He is the most gentle dog I have come across. I really appreciate Waterloo vets. Highly recommend.
