Clive's has a wonderful atmosphere. All the staff are lovely and ready to listen and help in any way.
The team at Clive's are always super lovely and helpful, regardless of whether it's in person or over the phone. I am a massive fan of the online repeat prescription form and the collection and reminder texts that you send - so simple but makes a massive difference when you're always on the go! :)
Clive likes taking cheaper more affordable chemists to court. Cares more for his pocket than patients getting cheaper medicine. If you can't compete with supermarkets and Australian companies then figure your own house out. Sick of greedy NZ businesses trying to kill any overseas competition. Buy elsewhere, support your community.
What can I say? Well for starters, my family and I are customers of Clives Chemist and have been for well over 20 years. We have come to know Clive and his happy staff team quite well and like his add says "The Happy Chemist" believe me they are a happy lot of people. Now as for their services, they are great. Always willing to help and always with a big smile, so lovely to see. The shop is always clean and tidy. The displays of the different products from gifts to medical supplies are all displayed nicely and clearly. But if you don't see what you want, I just ask, maybe one of the staff will run down the road to get it??? To be honest, Clives Chemist, The Happy Chemist, we will always support this shop as long as they are here.
I have been using Clive's the Happy Chemist for years. The staff are always knowledgeable friendly, happy to help. The pharmacists are great and will help with whatever you want. I have never regretted changing to Clive's. Clive is also a huge supporter of the local community, sponsoring and giving donations to a large number of clubs and causes.
Absolutely amazing Chemist to deal with, staff are amazing and Clive literally goes out of his way to ensure everything is OK. All the staff treat you wonderfully and genuinely care. Can't recommend The Happy Chemist enough. No matter how bad your day is the staff always make me smile, very rare to find such caring in this day and age. A true Wainuiomata icon.
