“I love this store! They really look after their customers and go the extra mile for you. You also get the best greetings when you enter the store especially from their lil fur baby Mia. All my fish and live plants are from this store, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The best local pet store, and definetly worth the visit as they have all sorts of healthy and thriving animals. Their knowledge is so extensive that they've helped me alot with my fish keeping journey. Highly recommend this place!”

“Great store, huge variety at good pricing with friendly helpful service. Just bought an office chair. We've had one of theirs for a while and they are great chairs. Hence being a repeat customer. There are a variety of different styles to suit different body shapes with a variety of price levels. All with adjustable just about everything and optional aspects, like head rests. “If you are looking for a doggy daycare I highly recommend the dog garden. The super friendly staff are amazing with all breeds of dogs, they care for them like their own and the area is great for the dogs to run around but also socialise, learning and developing their senses. They are not locked in kennels at all like most daycares which isn’t fair on the dog. They also do photos throughout the day so you know how your baby doggy is doing! Only love for this place ❤️❤️❤️”

“Kim and the team at Lord Billingtons do such a lovely job of grooming Bella and Archie. They always come out looking, smelling and feeling great! They are well cared for when they’re there and I trust them explicitly with my babies. Having Saturday appointments is great, as I can’t get there during the week. The text and email reminders are also super helpful! Especially when you’re busy and have forgotten to pop the groom date in your calendar!”

“Our recently adopted dog has separation and socialisation issues and had Jo at a home visit to provide her advice and knowledge. The visit was definitely beneficial over and above what we'd been trying to reading online. Our dog is now also attending their daycare which is working out well, he comes home happy and tired. After a very nervous arrival for his first visit, he was excited to arrive on his second visit. Note that this review was written after 2 visits to the daycare.”
