   Brought a bale of hay that killed 3 of my bunnies no coincidence as soon as I fed that within 24 hours they were dead....mould can be invisible.stopped feeding that hay immediatley and went to animates to get more all the rest of my bunnies are fine. same day went to open the straw that was also from sharpes that was delivered the day before that was wet and mouldy inside !!!! Sharpes suggested i get an autopsy no coincidence there nor a refund for what they supplied and a loss of 3 pedigree rabbits.

   Being a new farm animal owner, I was clueless and every time I step in the store the team is always giving me the best advice and tips. They tell me what I do not need which I really appreciate. Their response on facebook is super prompt as well! One of the kindest thing they did for me was helping me fix an automatic chicken feeder that I bought online but was struggling to assemble. They went the extra mile to help despite it not being part of their product range. I was so touched and grateful for their kindness. Thank you so much:)

   Amazing place. Tied my steed up out front, farrier came out and got stuck in to the knacker. New shoes, teeth, and saddle. Hitched the cart up, and left with a huge load of hay, the new shoes helped with the hills. We'll be back!

   Good Service/Price. Staff where helpful Got some hay for a guinea pig, Much cheaper than getting it from the pet store got a whole bale for under $20!! Also had a range of feed for animals, Good place to have right in the center of the hutt!
