He had the fans in stock, which made things quick and simple from my end - he got back to me very early in the New Year (the actual service was on 3 JAN 25!, offering to pick up and drop off inside Porirua. I declined because I live in an awkward spot, but he was entirely happy for me to lurk around while he made a rapid repair (and a pretty deep clean of the PC while he was there.) The price was outstanding for the service, it was simple, quick, and the PC is behaving like new. I would strongly recommend this supplier to folks with even simple problems, the service was crackerjack.”

“If u need a mechanic Island bay motors are AWESOME. I drove to a lunch meeting on Friday in Mirimar from Island Bay. On the way back heard funny sound when braking. Drove by the garage 1:45pm had a chat, they had a quick look and confirmed brakes were stuffed. They had a cancellation and offered to fit me in. So I left the car with them. They rung shortly after to confirm disc brakes rusted out both sides and pads worn out and told me the repair cost. They got new ones couriered from petone immediately. All fixed and paid for at 5:15pm....3.5 hrs after I first had a chat!! Crazy good service. Lovely people as well.”
