“My 2006 Nissan Navara 3L turbo broke down in Hamilton on December 17th, and AA recommended this place saying that they have very good expertise with diesel injection systems. JAC was the only firm willing to look at it, since it was close to christmas. By the end of the week they had diagnosed the problem in the injection pump, given me a fair estimate of the cost to fix and said it would be ready by January 8th or 9th. Turns out they had it fixed with a new/refurbished pump by Jan 7th. The invoice had good detail, and the new pump has a 12 month warrantee. My truck was safe with them over christmas and now has more power. Nissans with the ZD30 engine have this problem regularly, before 400,000Km. James was good to deal with, quality job, good at remembering details.”

“Went to check this guy out from all the positive reviews. After being ripped off by how many mechanics that you pay only to have these guys not doing what we pay for. I'm someone who doesn't mind paying premium price for premium service. My experience with Jordan was direct straight to the point and very clear with what my cars needed. I paid for quality service and I got quality service, I appreciate the fact that he showed me the oil leak, and taught me about maintenance for my hybrid, 2011 Toyota Prius. Another mechanic saw it and told me that it would be needed to take everything apart. This guy had a look to it, got a bit of wd40, and told that wasn't a big deal, just a bearing, only listening to it. For now he's been right, and saved me a few grand.”

The woman at the front desk was lovely and explained clearly what work might be needed down the line. Having someone vibrant and welcoming handling the front-of-house makes a huge difference to the overall experience—and in my experience, that kind of service isn’t common.
