   Went in with a friend who has a very sick VW caddy, we were meet by Natasha and Reuben, what nice people. Whilst we felt there was no solution Reuben, ( a very busy man ) took time to listen and read over previous service reports. Offered some opinions, plus possible answers, while stating that the caddy might simply be coming to end of life. Just straight honest answers, that weren't rushed and my friend could understand with no technical information to baffle. I personally really appreciated it. Thank you Reuben and Natasha, you not only understand your mechanical business, but the concerns of your customers.

   Very knowledgeable and well communicating mechanic! Reuben managed to find and fix the root cause of the hesitation/surge for my newly purchased Mini Cooper S 2017 in a very timely manner!    Been to Powerhaus a couple of times now. Normal servicing and WOF as well as one slight issue with the car. All times I’ve been treated very well, great communication from the team, especially Natasha at front of house. They know what they’re doing and do a great job at the same time. Highly recommend for anyone with a European car. My Golf GTI is thankful!
