Booked a tyre replacement through Hyperdrive and they also did my WoF. Superb experience. Had to get car back early to collect kids and they really went out of their way to do it as quickly as possible despite being very understaffed that day. Great customer service and very friendly. Fantastic service and really helpful. My car broke down, and the radiator was the problem. The team were able to deal with the tow truck delivery of the vehicle without me needing to be there. They diagnosed the issue, looked into the previous work on the radiator, and then went above and beyond to sort it out, getting my car back to me really quickly. Was super impressed with the whole experience.

I broke down in Wellington and being from Auckland had no idea where to go or what to do to find help with getting my BT50 going again. Tow truck driver called Vogel Motors and they pretty much said yup bring it down now and we can analyse the issue. Lent me a loan car and within an hour or two I knew what the issue was and had a strategy that would get me out of a tight spot. Totally honest and fair and a pleasure to deal with I was left with a good taste in my mouth over the whole experience Thank you AAAAA+++++

Amazing customer service. WOF at VTNZ a few months ago was advised the brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced soon. Finally got round to booking in and chose Vogel motors as they had competitive rates and good reviews. Got a call in the afternoon asking why I wanted the brakes replied as they were actually fine, approximately 50% worn with plenty more life in them. Not only did they save me wasting ~$600 (which they could have easily just done and charged me anyway, they also did not charge me anything for their time inspecting! Soo impressed with everything bout this business they are now my families mechanic permantly.
