Best plumbers I've ever had. They've been knowledgeable and thorough, have solved a 5 year mystery leak that 2 previous plumbers couldn't identify. Admin have also been quick to respond and helpful.
Phoned up early Saturday morning for the emergency service. Had a plumber at my house within twenty minutes. Ten minutes later my water main leak is fixed. Amazing service, I wish I could give 6 stars. Don’t hesitate to call if you need assistance for anything plumbing, BAU or urgent.

Following phone call a plumber arrived within 30mins - great service from the plumber and office staff. 2 days later plumbers arrived to replace hot water cylinder- efficient, helpful and friendly staff. Did a great job - appreciated vacuuming up. Would highly recommend
Clogged toilet. The person on the line was very quick to arrange a same-day call-out. Plumbers were very efficient in resolving the issue and provide helpful advice. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their names to include in the review. Would recommend their services.

Top service from this company during urgent after hours job. Arrived quickly, fixed the issue quickly and left site tidy. Minor discrepancy with invoice but quickly sorted. Happily use again for any work on our rental properties.
I called a bunch of 24×7 plumbers, on a Saturday morning, that didn't answer their phones. Then I called Plumbing Express. They answered, were clear about charges and I had a plumber at my house within an hour. Jared was great. He was friendly, communicated well, got the leak resolved quickly and did a great job. Awesome service. I won't bother calling anyone else next time.
Been using Plumbing Express for over 20 years and they are ALWAYS brilliant. They meet commitments around costs and times - and they will turn up on Christmas Eve if that's what you need. The one time they had no staff to help in a "plumbing emergency" they said that up front and helped me find someone who could, rather than using the old "we'll try and fit you in later" routine. I absolutely recommend these guys.
Absolutely amazing service. Our water heater had a leak and with how cold it’s been I was over the moon with how quickly they could squeeze me in to fix it. 24 hours later I was back up and running. Josh was amazing and I would highly recommended. Thank you Plumbing Express.
