The team arrived on-time and in good order with a good understanding of what needed to be done (a precautionary check of the heat-pump hot water system installed about 5 years ago). The precautionary check was a good thing, as there was some standing water inside the unit (rainwater, it is an outdoors installation). They communicated well, we managed to clear the blocked internal drain flushed the unit, and checked everything. They cleaned up nicely and managed the work well. The price was good for the work done. Excellent work, all things considered. 4 stars, not 5, only because we had to improvise a solution that allowed the drain to be cleared - the access to that part of the unit is somewhat inconvenient. They were good, and their method worked, but one expects that, in future, they will anticipate external units having this particular issue. It can be managed without complete disassembly of the Heat-Pump, but appropriate tools for this specific task would save time.

In August 2025 we had a limiting valve leak on a Rheem hot water cylinder which was installed by L.B White in January 2005. I sent through photos of the L.B White label, the cylinder spec., the valve spec. and my contact details to their office. In 40 minutes I had a phonecall back from one of their plumbers who confirmed the details, sourced a replacement valve in the space of an hour and fixed it in another hour and a half. You can't get service better than that! Very happy with L.B. White. The plumber who did the work was very pleasant to deal with, obviously proficient, quick and tidy. Their office too seems to be very efficient as I got an nicely itemized invoice within ten days, with all the necessary banking details. Highly recommended.
I needed taps repaired at a rental property. Two other plumbers failed to turn up. LB White responded to my request immediately and work was completed within days. Would certainly make this business my first choice in the future.
Burst hot water pipe at folks place, they are in their 80s, dad with dementia, massive power bill, I checked who the serviceman was going to be, his experience and manor, for suitability in being around them. Was told this guy is lovely. He was & had the job done in no time.

This guys just awesome, especially (don’t know his name, please post his name under my comment) I have been advised to replace my hot water cylinder which can cost almost $4,000. I contacted LB White for the same along with other companies and LB white asked me to send some pictures and soon I got a reply saying “Good morning Vinu, The plumber has asked if the cylinder has been leaking at all? If not, then the plumber thinks that it is likely that the element has failed but not completely blown. This could be fixed by replacing the element rather than replacing the entire cylinder.” One amazing tech came home and he was right the issue was with the element and he fixed the issue in minutes moreover, am so happy with the price. I am pretty sure they could simply fool me but they are really taking care of their customers. I never ever think about another company for any sort of plumbing or such things they can help with. Highly highly highly recommended!!!!!!!!
