Cannot recommend Sewing Worx enough. Dropped my machine in after it had jammed and stopped being able to do a straight stitch. I had read the reviews for here and thought I would give them a go, and my machine was serviced and good to go in under a week. It is now running perfectly again, so happy with my entire experience with Sewing Worx.
Great service and very helpful. I've been here to get my machine maintenance done as well as small repairs and the service has always been professional, prompt and excellent. Recently did an urgent and last minute repair for me so I could finish my xmas sewing - cannot recommend highly enough!
Impeccable service. Given my machine only cost a couple of hundred bucks 15 years ago, Zaine managed to get it from locked up to smoothly running again in a couple of days. Then, he went one better, and after I moved away, worked with me over email to diagnose a move-related problem, arranged spare parts and posted them to me. I'm sad I don't live in Wellington any more to continue using Sewing Worx.

I got my sewing machine serviced here. It was pretty good but the way the pick ups/drop offs work means you can be without your machine for 2 weeks if you bring it in at the "wrong" time. Communication about machine faults goes though the shop staff so it's a little difficult to properly express the weird quirks in the machine and know that the repair person will have a proper idea of the problem. Nice staff though. :)
