   This our 3rd call out by Hawkins Plumbing and every time has been a delight. They are professional, courteous, on time, and communicate if they're late. They left our under the sink cabinet cleaner than they found it. Superb!!! It totally recommend them if you're in or near Tawa, Wellington.

   UPDATE! The team has come back to me after doing their due diligence and adjusted the price to the retail as advertised. Happy this has been resolved now! Cheers team! Super disappointed to get shafted on the price of a part that was required to fix an in wall cistern. I appreciate it wasn’t easy to identify the correct part, but to be charged DOUBLE the advertised retail price (based on the importers website), and then be told that the price I got charged was just what the retailer (Plumbing World) had it advertised for, feels like a cop out. At least make enquiries as to why the price is so damn high from that retailer, compared to what the importer has it advertised for. I’d give it one star, but the plumber was actually really awesome, so two stars.

   For the umpteenth time we've engaged Hawkins Plumbing to do work around our house and our rental property; we've used Hawkins for many years. We keep doing this, not because something is always going wrong (!) but because we've always found Hawkins easy to contact, reliable, they always do a great job (including cleaning up afterwards) and all their staff are very pleasant people who are easy to talk to and who explain things well. The personal touch is really important.

   Considering that the shower mixer we have is not available in terms of parts, he was able to replace just the spindle part needed from a NEW mixer, clever. Happy and honest etc, I wish each tradesman was like him.

   Their plumber was able to find the causes of our water leaks in the house and the unusual water drip outside our house and sorted them all on first visit. We had tried several other plumbers and roofing specialists in the past and neither of them was able to find the cause of our water leaks; some of them didn’t even come back after assessing the problem. We are glad to have found Hawkins plumbing. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing or roofing needs. I highly recommend them! :-)

   The team from Hawkins was quick to respond to our toilet inlet valve leak problem and sent a plumber there as soon as possible. Not only did they replace the faulty inlet valve with a reliable inlet valve model, they also improved the connection of the source to the toilet inlet valve while keeping us up to date on the situation at all times. Excellent and fast service!

Alongside Perano Builders the work was of excellent quality the workmanship of all trades excellent beyond measure.
