I’ve been dealing with Richard Webb before he set up his own garage. When he decided to go out on his own I new his work ethic and his dedication to doing a good job and getting the job done on time and within a good budget would hold him in good stead. He is a good guy to deal with he has my business that’s for sure.
Here’s a Webb Auto Service is awesome! This was my second visit and the experience was just as great as the first. The team looked after my 2012 Mitsubishi Delica D:5—fixed the steering, got rid of the roof-rack squeaks, and checked a bunch of other little things. Gave me huge peace of mind for the trip. Thanks heaps, guys! You’re legends. The van’s running flawless now!
Friendly and great to communciate and deal with, very good at explaining stuff in a way non mechanics understand, give options to work in with your preferred times, did what needed to be done, didn't push to do more than required, efficient in getting things done within agreed time.

It was my first time dealing with Richard and it was very pleasant. Most importantly they were honest and provided a fixed price quotation based on accurate specs. The quoted price was very reasonable and competitive. On top of that, they were thorough and detailed in examining and repairing my car. They noticed problems in certain parts of the vehicle and fixed it. I would say the problems were pretty obvious to a technical person but a mechanic from another shop who serviced the vehicle two weeks ago did not bother to fix it. I won't go back to the previous shop. I strongly recommend Webbs Autoservices.
Was thoroughly impressed with the service here - such a friendly team and super knowledgeable! They kept me informed on exactly what work my car needed and how much it would cost before they started working on it so there were no surprises at the end. I’m not super knowledgeable with cars and they talked me through everything in a really clear way. Definitely will be using these guys again in the future! Highly recommend.
