“A very friendly store! My iPad, which I’ve used for years, wouldn’t turn on. Technician Lilian tested it and found that several parts were faulty. She gave me the best solution — to buy a second-hand iPad. It’s much newer than my old one, costs less than the repair, and even comes with a warranty. I highly recommend buying second-hand devices here, as they’re in great condition and very reasonably price.”

I'm adding to this review because I was touched again by their super professionalism and friendliness. I went to their place late Friday afternoon urgently because of the alternator issue and told them that I would need to drive to Auckland Saturday. They figured out the issue instantly and tried very hard to source the parts for my car. I was so glad that the car was nicely fixed and I was able to drive to Auckland safely and happily Saturday morning. Thanks again, guys! “These folks were so good! I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”
