I’ve been using WEEU for over two years and have only experienced outstanding service for maintenance, servicing, and tuning for my Golf R. The people are great, communicative, knowledgeable, and candid about everything. It’s also fun visiting the garage if you are a car guy, there is usually something interesting being worked on.
Outstanding service, these guys live and love cars.. I mean not just new and fancy cars… I mean all cars, I have an old Volvo and they went above and beyond to get my car as close as is possible to perfect and really very well priced .. so good, highly recommended for any car at all.. ⭐️
Needed a new place to service my M2 after Page European closed down. Tried Wellington European. Excellent friendly customer service and priced fairly. Will use them going forward.
Wellingto European have been servicing both of my cars for a number of years, 2009 Smart car and 1953 MG TD sports. All work has been completed to a very high standard. With MG TD at WOF inspections unusual deficiencies have been identified and attended to. These included non compliant copper brake lines (replaced with steel) and a worn steering rack (renewed.) The engine and gearbox were also removed and replaced after overhaul by specialists. All costs have been advised beforehand and there have been no unexpected additions unless advised. The staff have been excellent to deal with and it has been a breath of fresh air to return to the older style of efficiency and courtesy.
Absolute go to place for any European car owners! Staffs are very friendly. The bloke who worked my VW Scirocco has done a mint job, will visit em again in the future. Thanks John and the team!

Took my car in to get an issue sorted out. First time I went I left my car there the whole day and when I picked it up I was told it wasn't even looked at. Took it in the next day and work was done on it. Was charged for 3 hours work and it still wasn't fixed because they had to get an expensive part in. They wanted me to replace my entire ABS system. Told them I was going elsewhere because they're rip off. Got a call a week later saying I had to pay postage for the expensive item I didn't want. Went to Thompsen automotive and they found I only had to replace one small part which was dirt cheap and only charged me for an hour work.
Tony and the team are superb. Have had issues with an Audi A1 but they took care of it. And for the issues they can’t rectify they recommended places to get them done and they too did a great job. If I can give more than five stars, I would!
My Saab 2005 was having transmission issues and I was having my own at the time! On one of the hospital appointments, the Saab played up (again) and Tony, Lily and Dean saved me -- twice, in fact! They were super busy but I was super stressed and stranded. Well they couldn't have been more helpful. They housed the car until the Hamilton folk could fetch it and do some more diagnostics on the valve body. Thank you immensely team WE. A+++
I have taken my 2000 VW Golf to Wellington European twice recently for unrelated issues and they have done a superb job both times figuring out the issues and providing speedy fixes. I was really impressed with their knowledge and transparency. I also appreciated that they took the time to explain the issues to me in layman's terms. Kind and friendly staff, highly recommended!
