Our only minor constructive feedback is we weren't aware of the set menu until we arrived. It wasn't an issue for us, however being proactively informed beforehand would have been appreciated :-). “Beautiful villa restaurant tucked in between two high rise buildings. Came for WoW and absolutely loved the service, the staff were interesting in talking to us and very friendly. The food was exceptional - one of us had the set menu for WoW and two ordered off the menu (love that option).”

“Lovely place for date night !! We did the "first table" deal and worked great for us. We tried quite a few items of the menu and had great savings. I would absolutely recommend the fish crudo, the Rib eye and the truffle gnocchi. I know is a meat restaurant, but let me say the gnocchi was one of the best I've had; the onion soubise was espectacular, airy and tasty. In general the sides were ok, Caesar salad was good AND the puré as well, would probably not order the mushrooms again. Desserts were good, specially the tiramisú. Would've appreciated a chocolate option as well... The service by the two french ladies was perfect! Attentive and professional. Would recommend !”

“Mike and the team are absolutely the best at reassuring me they know what they are doing. I've had too many bad experiences with other garages that seem to be all about excessive prices and unfinished work. Having a courtesy vehicle available is also appreciated along with speedy service. As mentioned my past experiences of disappointing and costly services elsewhere make me thankful for a garage that is completely the opposite.”

“These folks were so good! I'd been to two other mechanics previously for a service/investigation and they'd do the service, start investigating the issue I'd flagged and then just go, meh, looks like a sensor issue. Pit Stop were the first people to actually look past the surface and try to find the fault. They found it and repaired it in the space of a day for a reasonable price. Yeah my car is old enough to drink in the USA but that doesn't mean its issues are just age-related. Cheers pit stop! You'll be my go-to from now on!”

After looking at the car and then the quote from the AA, Brendon and Liz determined that the work quoted was in fact significantly overstated. Sorted the car faster than expected and was upfront and honest about all costing. Great service, highly recommended.”

“AMAZING dentist, I am from the UK so this was my first visit to a NZ dentist. I did visit a dentist across the road who was said to be cheaper and had a terrible experience. It was a relief to visit central dentist. My dentist knew exactly what he was doing and explained to me each step. I felt confident I was in the hands of a professional dentist. Amazing service and so happy to have no more pain. Thanks!”

“Had a wonderful time here with my little man while in Wellington. Access is free but donations are requested. They had the cardboard town set up so we went in one of the tunnels to play. They also have a reading corner, colouring/art area, and photo booth ($2). Coffee for parents is available for $3. We will go again next time we are in Wellington!”
